Emergency Placement—homes that can provide contracted 24-hour emergency placements for children ages 0-16 years These placements are for no longer than 30 days Respite—homes that can provide relief to other Sakotinonha in the community for weekends or on a short-term basis How are you supported? Sakotinonha are given a tax-free daily per diem that varies according to the needs of the child and the skills or expectations placed on Kotinonha.
