April 26, 2024 – The Gane Yohs Health Centre will remain closed until further notice due to mold health and safety concerns. However, the closure does not impact the Ohsweken Pharmasave and Six Nations Mental Health. Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council (SNGREC) is diligently working on inspections and remediation efforts.
Gane Yohs Service Updates:
- Ohsweken Lab will be operational as of Monday, April 29, 2024, at White Pines Wellness Centre located at 1745 Chiefswood Road
- The Lab Reception will be inside the doors of White Pines on the main floor. Patients will be directed to the appropriate area.
- Parking is available in the rear parking lot of White Pines, and the entrance is open at the back of the building.
- The Dental Clinic will remain closed until a suitable clinic space and dental equipment can be identified.
The following services will continue to be closed as the re-launch date has been moved to Monday, May 6, 2024, to White Pines:
- Gane Yohs Medical Clinic
- IMRAC Clinic
- Public Health
- Sexual Health Clinic
