MAY 3, 2024 – OHSWEKEN, ON – The Gane Yohs Health Centre remains closed until further notice due to mold health and safety concerns. However, the closure does not impact the Ohsweken Pharmasave and Six Nations Mental Health. Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council (SNGREC) continues the inspections and remediation efforts.

Gane Yohs Service Updates:

Ohsweken Lab Services and the Internal Medicine Rapid Access Clinic (IMRAC) are operating at White Pines Wellness Centre in the Family Health Team Clinic located at 1745 Chiefswood Road. We understand that this may lead to longer wait times for services, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lab services are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Parking is in the rear lot and the reception area is on the main floor.

The Dental Clinic will remain closed until a suitable clinic space and dental equipment can be identified. Dental patients can contact (519) 717-6458 for direction and support.
The following services will continue to be closed as the re-location to White Pines launch date is expected on Monday, May 6, 2024:
