July 29, 2024 – Six Nations of the Grand River (SNGR) thanks everyone for a successful Brandon Montour Celebration we would like to send a huge Nia:wen kowa (thank you) to everyone who helped organize, those who took part, and the entire community for helping make Brandon Montour’s day with the Stanley Cup a huge success.
SNGR would like to thank all those who attended the event. Over 15,000 people were on the territory, and your patience, kindness, and joy helped make this day special.

SIX NATIONS OF THE GRAND RIVER THANKS EVERYONE FOR A SUCCESSFUL BRANDON MONTOUR CELEBRATION: SNGR deeply appreciates the Emergency Management Incident Command, and the Six Nations Emergency Services Staff (Fire, Ambulance, Police) for keeping the community safe. The entire community deserves a round of applause for your patience. We all know that there were disruptions to our daily lives. However, the community rallied around and kindly supported each other during this historic day.
And finally to Brandon for not only being an inspiration, but for his generosity during one of the biggest days of his life.
