Sept 23, 2024 – OHSWEKEN, ON – Six Nations of the Grand River (SNGR)—Parks and Recreation and the Department of Well-being (Health Services) are excited to announce the soft launch of our brand-new bookings system, Xplor Recreation (PerfectMind), designed to make your experience faster, smoother, and more efficient! While the system is live, please note that currently, you will only be able to view the availability of Parks and Recreation facilities. While we continue to make improvements, please be aware of the following key details regarding the current booking process:
No Online Payments: At this time, payments cannot be made online and must be processed separately. NOTE: Before creating a new SNGR Bookings account, please check with us to verify if an account already exists. Contact us at sngrprbookings@sixnations.ca with the email subject line, “Account Status.” We have created How-to-Guides to learn how to create and manage your account, add family members and financial information, book a facility, register for a program, and withdraw from a program. The guides can be found at www.sixnations.ca or the SNGR App. We encourage you to explore these guides as we work on enhancing the system and helping our staff get fully acquainted with its functionality. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this soft launch period and look forward to sharing the full range of features with you soon!

SEPT. 19, 2024 – OHSWEKEN, ON – We are excited to announce that Six Nations of the Grand River (SNGR)—Parks and Recreation and the Department of Well-being (Health Services) are collaborating with Xplor Recreation (PerfectMind), a software company.
Xplor Recreation (PerfectMind) is a new online software system that will soon be available for community members. This platform will enable you to set up an account to register for programs, book facilities, and view facility schedules. Additionally, community members will have the convenience of paying rental fees online.
The soft launch of the new system will take place on September 23rd, 2024. Please be aware that in the initial phase, you will only be able to view the availability of Parks and Recreation facilities. To complete any bookings, you will need to contact the Parks and Recreation Department via phone or email.
This phased approach allows us to gather valuable feedback, refine the system, and ensure both our team and the community have a smooth and positive experience as we work toward a full launch with all functionalities, including online payments.
